This Solutions are "hands on" installers & suppliers of Sage computer software. We supply Sage accounting, payroll & job costing software. We set it up, train you to use it and support you. You gain management control of your business. Maintains current knowledge and understanding of IMS applications, communications software and hardware, and computer hardware and operating systems to assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with minimal supervision.
Interprets users’ problems over the phone and responds with solutions. Participates with IT Manager, other departments and divisions, or Outside Technical Contractors in working on problems and daily operations. Performs database inquires and audits to verify system integrity and to identify problems, as well as perform in-depth tests for modified and new systems or applications.
Makes corrections and changes to user data to fix and resolve database problems under direct supervision of IT Manager, following standard procedures and providing audit trail.
Create and test new reports; Maintain, modify and test existing reports for use throughout the company for making business decisions. Assists the IT Manager in the maintenance and distribution of operator manuals for all software applications.
Maintains control logs, and job specific procedure manuals for all software applications.
Assists with on-site and remote training as required. Transports, installs and tests computer hardware, software, and peripherals where needed. Normally requires an associate’s degree in information systems, accounting, or business, or equivalent, and related experience to demonstrate the ability to provide computer software application support.
